Shipping Origins
To ensure the best quality control and handle our premium setup logistics, all GripMuse orders are shipped directly from our dedicated fulfillment centers in China.

Shipping Times
We aim to get your gear to you as efficiently as possible. All orders are processed within 1-2 business days(excluding weekends and Chinese holidays) 

• Standard Shipping: 8-15 business days  (Mon-Fri) (varies by destination).
• Please note: Transit times may vary depending on your location and local customs clearance.

We offer FREE shipping to the United States, Canada, and Australia. 

Customs, Duties, and Taxes
We offer a seamless shopping experience. For most destinations, all customs, duties, and taxes are pre-paid by GripMuse at checkout (DDP mode). The price you see at checkout is the final price you pay—no surprise fees upon delivery.
